Pizza for breakfast? Takes us back to our youth, doesn’t it? I have come up with a great lasagna-reminiscent frittata. Omit the salami for a vegetarian version and feast guilt-free on this tasty breakfast, lunch or dinner dish! This is an excellent option for treating a crowd, a welcome brunch contribution or the perfect make-ahead meal for the freezer.
